This paper also shows if there are some existing differences between female and male project collaborators concerning their expectations. The empirical data of this paper were obtained by using interviews with experienced project collaborators, three female and three male, who are working as members in their respective project teams in the IT Service sector. The empirical data confirms that social competencies are becoming more important in the project management area.
