The purpose of this work is to generate a better understanding oft the problems that an organisation may encounter when implementing an quality management system. The basics for the interviews comes from known theory and the important questions and fields of problem are derived from it. To get an expressive solution the interviews will take place from the top to the bottom of the organisation. That means the head managers and the subordinate leadership council will be ques-tioned and including the operative staff which is then actually undertaking the work on the field will also be questioned. Through this it will be possible to draw conclu-sions about the biggest fields of problems when you are aiming on implementing a QM system.
